What Are Restore In 24 Permanent Implant Dentures?

Restore in 24 full mouth, permanent implant dentures are also known as All-on-4 and All-on 6 dental implants.  With just 4-6 dental implants, an entire arch of teeth can be replaced with a fixed and permanent set of teeth in as little as 24 hours. These implants are used as anchors for a rigid framework that will distribute chewing forces evenly so you can begin using your new teeth the day they are placed!

These are NOT removable like implant overdentures that snap into place. These are FIXED to the implants so they are stable, secure and only your dentist can remove them.

Frequently asked questions

What are permanent dentures, and how do they differ from traditional dentures?

Full Mouth Implants offer a seamless solution to restore your entire smile and chewing capabilities. Supported by as few as four to six dental implants, they boast high long-term success rates and allow for immediate attachment of teeth on the day of the procedure.

How are permanent dentures installed?

The installation of permanent dentures involves a multi-step process. First, dental implants are placed in the jawbone. After this, abutments are attached to the implants, and a custom-made prosthesis is securely fixed onto these abutments within 24 hours of implant placement. Then, a healing period of a few months is allowed for the implants to integrate with the bone. During this healing period a soft diet is maintained. Because this differs from traditional implant procedures you can begin using the teeth the very day they are delivered without the need for temporary dentures.

What are the benefits of permanent dentures?

Permanent dentures offer several advantages, including improved chewing and speaking ability, greater comfort and stability, enhanced aesthetics, and long-term durability. They also help prevent bone loss in the jaw, which can occur with traditional dentures.

Are permanent dentures suitable for everyone?

While permanent dentures are an excellent option for many people, not everyone is a candidate. Factors like overall health, the condition of the jawbone, and lifestyle habits can influence candidacy. A consultation with a dental professional is necessary to determine eligibility and discuss alternative options if needed.

What is the cost of getting permanent dentures?

The cost of permanent dentures can vary widely depending on factors like the number of implants required, the type of denture chosen, and geographical location. On average, the cost may range from several thousand to several tens of thousands of dollars. Financing options can help make permanent dentures more affordable for some patients.

At Restore in 24 the average cost for a single arch of permanent dentures is $19,500. This fee is all-inclusive and includes the extractions, up to 6 implants per arch, the transitional healing teeth and the final set of teeth.
